Easy Peasy Pita Chips
2 Pita breads, cut into 1" strips, then cut in half
Olive oil (I use our "Misto" to spray it on, but you can drizzle a bit (say 1-2 t on too)
3/4 t chili powder
1/2 t onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t dried oregano
1/4 t salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients on a cookie sheet (you don't even have to use a bowl, just mix on the pan) and spread so the pita pieces are in one layer. Bake for about 5-7 minutes or until slightly brown. Let cool.
