Lone Star Cocktail
Equal parts Guava Juice and Champagne (or seltzer or ginger ale). Top with a slice of starfruit. Easy peasy, and so, so tasty!

Never been to TX myself but have always wanted to go, esepcially now that I have two friends living in Plano.
