If you're the parent of young children, how often do you hear someone say that? Me? I'd say once a week.
I was looking at some recent pictures that drove the message home to my heart:My boys are inching closer to 2 and 5!
Another week, another round of dinners to be cooked:
Crockpot Ribs, Green Bean Casserole and Roasted Butternut Squash
Lightened Mac and Cheese with 2 Veggies inside
Oktoberfest Pasta Stir-fry (new recipe)
Chicken Parmesan and Salad
Tofu Curry (jarred sauce from Trader Joe's) and Vegetables
Here's to a sweet week-

Oh, they do grow up so fast.
I would like that recipe for crockpot ribs and Oktoberfest pasta.
We are having a couple of your recipes this week:
Chicken Taco Soup (my favorite crockpot recipe ever)
Jambalaya
Marlboro Man's Favorite Sandwich (we are slightly addicted) and sweet potatoes.
Baked pasta with sausage, tomatoes, and cheese.
What good looking boys! Your boys are spaced in age like mine. Weird to think we will get there!
This week's menu look GOOD. I am actually sitting at the computer trying to figure out what my menu is. I dropped by for some ideas.
Wow, R grew up so much this past year! He suddenly looks like a 5 or 6 year old! And G is of course too cute for words!
I'm definitely trying that mac n cheese recipe. Your boys are cute.
I hear you. My little girl just turned two a couple of weeks ago and it was so bittersweet.
We're featuring Giada's salmon fish sticks (I know you're not her biggest fan, but this recipe is gooood) with corn casserole and mummy dogs (hot dogs wrappedin strips of crescent rolls). Can you tell Brian is out of town? I'm featuring a kid friendly menu to avoid a fight.
Oh my, they are just yummy!
