This Sweet Pea is tired...

Long day here=short blog post. Nothing traumatic/eventful...well, R and G's first day of school which went beautifully on all ends.

A quick food tip from a neighborhood friend who I bumped into at our local Wednesday afternoon farmer's market:

She takes fresh, really ripe raspberries on her peanut butter and jel, I mean raspberry sandwiches. Yummy. What a great way to get some *real* fruit and less sugar into little bellies. Thanks for the tip Ali!

Have a sweet night y'all,
SPC

PS-My digital camera (which was already on it's last leg) has gone and lost it's battery. Think we need a new one. Any suggestions?

I love my point and click. It's an Olympus FE-230, and I got it at Target for under $200.

That said, I'm totally begging for an SLR for my birthday. I think SM and JB have Nikon D40's and Jenn just got a Cannon Rebel.

Not that I'm jealous or anything.

Lovin' my SLR, but it certainly is an investment. And it's huge. Can't slip it in the purse, but I must admit I feel ultra-cool with it slung around my back.

BTW, congrats on good first days of school. Hurray for G! He must so proud to go to school like big brother.

I LOVE my Nikon D40 SLR...however, now that I've started this photography business, I'm drooling over the D90 that's about to come out....it's extremely pricey though. Congrats on the first day of school!!
