Kohlrabi in the House

Our first kohlrabi from the CSA arrived this weekend, so I used it, the chinese cabbage and the green onions in our week's crop share to make:

It was delicious! I posted the recipe today on familyeducation.com.

Wow, I never heard of kohlrabi until now and it sounds great and looks good from your recipe on that link. Delicious looking slaw here......
