Are you ready for some Fo..ndue?

The Super Bowl is tomorrow, so why not try some cheese fondue? This recipe is good for dipping bread and veggies. My Older Sweet Pea will eat just about anything dipped in cheese sauce, so it is a good way to sneak some vegetables into his belly.Easy Peasy Parmesan Cheese Fondue
1 1/2 c skim milk
2-8 oz packages of neuchatel (light cream cheese), cubed
1 c of grated parmesan cheese
1/2 c grated swiss cheese
3/4 t of garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
bread and vegetables for dipping

In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine the milk and light cream cheese. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and incorporated. Reduce the heat to low and incorporate the remaining ingredients. Stir until well blended. Transfer to a fondue pot, small slow cooker, or a oven safe pan on a warmer tray. Serve with bread and vegetables.
