Healthy Meal Plan: Breakfast Chef-in-Training

Proof that R is a chef-in-training:



Yep, homemade oatmeal, apples and our favorite Trader Joe's turkey bacon.  I served the bacon and apple on a plate...then I caught R crumbling the bacon out of the corner of my eye.  Sheer brilliance.

Meatless Monday:  Taco Lasagna with Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce, Mango



Asian Salmon Burgers, Green Beans, Pineapple
 
 

White Chili, Slow Cooker, Gluten-Free Cornbread

 

Spring Risotto, Blood Oranges

 

 Pizza Margherita, Spinach Salad, Applesauce




Tofu and Veggie Stirfry, Pears
