Healthy Meal Plan: Back in the Saddle!

With a full week of school and work almost behind us, the holidays seem a bit distant.  In the Sweet Pea home, we're gearing up for both R and G's birthdays, so we're in full-blown birthday mode.  I sound like a broken record, I know, but how do they grow up so fast?!

Here's next week's Healthy Meal Plan (yes, I took some time off from sharing menu planning during the holidays, but I'm back baby!), with some of my favorite Asian recipes:

Meatless Monday:  Slow Cooker Lentil Soup, Bread, Clementines

Chicken Sausage, Peppadew and Feta Pasta, Sliced Pineapple

Asian Salmon Burgers, Marinated Green Bean and Red Onion Salad , Sliced Pear

Slow Cooker Moo Shu Pork ,Pickled Cucumbers and Mango

Chana Masala (Spiced Indian Chickpeas)
, Jasmine Rice, Naan and Peaches

Sweet Potato, Spinach and White Bean Enchiladas, Refried Beans, Apple Slices

Have a wonderful weekend!

Life is sweet,
SPC

I believe that with due planning and dedication, we all can improve our health via meal planning. There are also apps that makes life easier for meal planning.

What catches my attention is the lentil soup. It looks very appetizing, do you mind sharing the recipe?

Hi there, thanks for sharing your recipe. I'm polishing off my so-called culinary skills and it helps that someone is kind enough to share their knowledge; add the fact that they're healthy too. Awesome.

This is indeed a perfect example of a healthy meal plan in preparation for my upcoming physical exam. This can be my guide for planning my own healthy meal plan, I just hope I can still manage to remember my cooking skills!
