One of our faves. We wilt the lettuce (spinach, romaine, radicchio) before mixing it in with the pasta. Glad you're back so I can check out your yummy recipes again.
Looks good! The girls have given up on bagels, wraps and regular sandwiches in their lunch...so we're resorting to pasta salad. Hopefully this will delay the inevitable revolt against pasta salads as well!
