Headin' out

Nothing like best laid plans...

I planned to get one more post in before we leave for Texas tomorrow. But (and this really shouldn't be a surprise to me or any parent) trying to gather everything to pack and take with us is taking more time than I imagined.

So...

I'll be back next week posting up a storm about all the wonderful food, fun and adventures we shared in Houston.
